The Blossoms
The Blossoms are an indie group that hails from Stockport, Greater Manchester. The group was formed in 2013 and is made up of Tom Ogden, who sings lead vocals and plays guitar, Charlie Salt, who plays bass and back vocals, Josh Dewhurst on guitar and percussion and Myles Kellock on keyboards and synthesizers. The group was a part of Stepping Hill Hospital together, but they didn’t get to know each other until they were teenagers. The band is known for their zany, throwback tunes and their ability to engage audiences.

The Blossoms first chart record was on the small Challenge label however it was not an immediate success. They continued to make money as backing singers, putting on songs by Sam Cooke and Duane Eddy. They also appeared in the Oscar-winning documentary 20 Feet From Stardom.
